One day, we noticed our spare bedroom was completely flooded from a busted water pipe! Dan was able to put a lockbox on our front door, and come/go when they needed to do the work. The incident occurred just a couple of months before our wedding day. All of the original stress and anxieties we had about the incident were completely subsided when Dan came over for an estimate. They took care of every single aspect of the job, and we had no worries at all! They were fast, efficient, and were very professional. Our room looks amazing. Seth and I couldn't have been any happier with our entire encounter with SERVPRO of Sebastian.

Their claim is that after they are finished... "Like it never even happened." ... It's more than true.  After they are finished... your home will look BETTER than it looked before your disaster happened!

We were out of state when we got a call from our neighbors, saying water is coming out of your front door and garage.  I told my neighbor where to turn it off, then I called my insurance company and they gave me a claim number. I then called SERVPRO of Sebastian, gave them my claim number, and the same day within hours of my call they were there to take care of the problem. When we returned home the following week, the house was stripped of all laminate flooring, baseboards, and damaged cabinets, and what really impressed me was, there was absolutely no odor of mold!   In about 3  weeks' time after my call, my house had a whole new fresh look.  All I can say is... Thank You SERVPRO for good professional people, great conscientious craftsmen, and a job very well done.

I was just commenting to one of the board members from that community about the work your team did for us. Everyone was really impressed with the professionalism, the thorough job performed, the clarity of both spoken and written step by step of what was going on, what we could expect, and the overall cleanliness of a "dirty" job. We were really happy with the work and the cost, and I really wanted to commend the team for all that they did. I am the property manager for our Real Estate Department and I want you to be aware of the gratitude and appreciation I have for Bill and his team. Perhaps you are aware, I believe they have been at our Sebastian, location every day since Saturday due to persistent leaks in the location. We had water damage in our business we thought we had it dry but the mold showed up. SERVPRO of Sebastian came and cleaned it up they did a wonderful job we were so impressed with their customer service, project manager, and construction. They made it effortless.

Had a fire at our business in Melbourne that left an extreme amount of smoke and soot and they were able to totally clean our building. All of their staff were very diligent and cordial and more than met our expectations. I Would certainly recommend them to anyone that has experienced a fire loss.

Recently Shawn and his crew mitigated water damage in 3 of our condominium units. Upon inspection yesterday, our insurance adjuster also commented on the excellent job they completed. Andrea was very helpful in coordinating communication between the crew and our management on the job progress. Alex Josephs and his team did an exceptional job with my mold remediation. They were always on time and were quick to get things done. They packed my rooms up and moved what needed to be removed so they could do their job. Thankful they knew what they had to do so that I could get back into my house. Now awaiting the repairs which will be done soon.

SERVPRO was quick to show up at our house after a hot water tank leak. It did substantial damage to our garage. Anthony and his crew immediately set up dehumidifiers to minimize the damage. They not only treated and removed all the damaged drywall they facilitated the repairs. They hired the contractors as needed and make it painless for us. Anthony communicated daily as repairs were being made. His communication with me as the customer was fantastic and something that is not the norm these days. The entire garage looks brand new.
