Commercial Water Damage in Micco, FL

This commercial building experienced a large water loss due to a pipe bursting. Notice in the before picture of the lobby, the green carpet is extra green in most areas. This is because the carpet had absorbed the water from the broken pipe. When the employees stepped into the unit that morning, they stepped into a puddle of water on top of the carpet and the water damage extended throughout the entire unit.

SERVPRO of Sebastian was called out that morning and our highly trained technicians started extracting the standing water immediately. The second picture was taken that same day after our team was through removing the water. After three days of using our air movers and dehumidifiers, this commercial building was back in business.
