Kitchen Leak

This homeowner came home to his entire kitchen floors wet. This water damage was a direct result of an leaking pipe under the sink, which the homeowner thought he had fixed the evening before. Due to several hours of standing water on the kitchen floor, the particle board cabinets had absorbed some of the water, making it impossible to restore. Our crew arrived to the property and immediately started work by extracting the remaining water and drying the drywall.

The damaged cabinets were pulled out and air movers were placed to dry the drywall behind the cabinets. Within three days the drying process was complete, and the homeowner was thrilled to be able to begin putting his kitchen back together.
