Water Damage in Sebastian

This commercial building was experiencing a normal operational day, when a volunteer entered a closet and found a puddle of water that he was not expecting. Within minutes of that discovery, several other areas of damages were found.

They immediately called us, and we dispatched our crews out within an hour. The building operator was thrilled how fast we were able to respond.

The after picture was taken only four days after the unexpected incident occurred. During the dry-out period the business could continue their day-to-day duties, but they did shut down/avoid the damaged zones in order for us to do our job.
